L'intérêt c'est aussi l'outil ESPN qui permet de faire son ranking sans saisir quoique ce soit et de peaufiner ensuite avec les petites flèches

je ne penses pas que Wade ou James sera MVP cette saison.
Je vois bien Kobe, mais c'est clair que Durant est super bien placé !

Je suis d'accord concernant Curry et Ellis qui devraient être encore meilleurs que l'an passé même si cette progression elle était déjà acquise avec le roster précédent
Et surtout je suis d'accord concernant Magg car ce qui a tué les W's ces dernières saisons c'est le décalage des ailiers en ailiers forts, à égalité avec les blessures
On n'a plus de 3 pouvant jouer 4 donc Nelson ou pas voilà un problème de réglé
Pour le reste je suis plus que réservé
On a quand même perdu Maggette, Morrow, Randolph, Buike, Watson, Tolliver et Turiaf, soit la moitié du roster et une grosse partie de nos jeunes talents
On ne reçoit pas grand chose en échange à l'exception de Lee que je trouve surcoté et bien trop payé
Et même si Lee a bonne réputation, maintenant qu'il a son gros contrat en poche je demande à voir
J'ai du mal à croire en Williams comme 3 titulaire surtout associé à 2 guards aussi légers physiquement
Pour moi Williams est un trés bon backup au poste 2
On a foiré la Draft en ne réussissant pas à choper Cousins et en choisissant un inconnu blessé pour 6 mois
Car visiblement on n'en a toujours pas terminé avec les blessures
J'ai quand même quelques inquiétudes sur l'état de santé de Biedrins et B Wright
Ellison était attendu comme le messie et on ne l'a pas eu non plus
Et même si Lacob est un passionné de basket son répondant financier n'a rien à voir avec celui du patron d'Oracle
Bref pas de quoi grimper aux rideaux.. |

je te trouve dur avec ton équipe ! autant la saison dernière j'étais sur qu'ils se planteraient, autant cette saison je les vois bien figurer.
- Curry va progresser et a un gros potentiel
- Ellis devrait être complètement rétabli, et c'est quand même un sacré scoreur
- Williams a du potentiel à l'aile et a un remplacant correct avec dorell wright
- à l'intérieur ya de la taille et des kilos avec les profils plutôt complémentaires de biedrins et lee + un banc très correct avec gadzuric et brandon wright
après il faut espérer que l'équie sera enfin épargnée par les blessures (un minimum), car les lignes arrières ne sont pas doublées (seul charlie bell est potable). en défense ils vont galérer avec leurs lignes arrières un peu petites, mais ils vont jouer l'attaque, on verra bien, mais j'ai presque envie de dire que le coach est adapté à l'effectif cette saison.
nelson ne pourra plus faire jouer magette PF pour la bonne et simple raison qu'il n'est plus la
et il sera obligé de faire jouer Lee longtemps, ce qui va limiter le small ball. il pourra toujours le faire jouer C, mais c'est mieux que rien, car il est tres fort au rebond et c'est un beau morceau de viande.
ils sont tout juste au cap il me semble, et il y a un nouveau proprio
à ta place je serais un minimum optimiste (même si ca aurait pu être mieux je te l'accorde, mais avec des si) |

l'arrivée de jefferson compense une partie des départs ! on va voir ce qu'il donne avec un vrai meneur de jeu et un coach comme sloan ! et puis il doit être un peu meilleur défenseur que boozer |

Quand je pense qu'il n'y a même pas deux mois j'avais écrit ce post sur le topic des W's
Ca parait tellement loin... putain ça m'a fait du mal de le relire
Curry/Ellis/SF typé défense/Randolph/Cousins.. voilà un 5 qui aurait de la gueule
On régle les problèmes récurents du rebond et du manque de poids in the paint, il ne resterait plus qu'à règler celui du backcourt ( côté défense, car côté attaque je ne vois pas d'équivalent au duo Curry/Ellis dans toute la League )
Il nous faut donc trouver un 3 physique trés bon défenseur ce qui n'est ni le cas de Magette, ni Williams, ni Buike et encore moins de Morrow.
Par contre ces 4 joueurs sont trés bons en attaque et ils pourraient intéresser d'autres teams
Et il faut absolument que Maggette figure dans le deal en proposant par ex un ticket Magg/Buike
Une autre bonne idée consisterait à récupérer Bell

je ne suis pas d'accord pour GS, je les vois plus haut, ils ont une équipe plutôt bien équilibrée, et lee connait déjà le jeu rapide.
s'ils sont épargnés par les blessures un minimum, je les vois se battre pour les PO.
nelson ne pourra pas jouer le small ball comme il le faisait l'année dernière, car avec l'arrivée de lee et son statut (+salaire qui va avec), il sera obligé de le faire jouer. en espérant que biedrins soit opé |

The Magic stumbled vs. the Celtics in the East finals, but this is much the same team that won five series the past two postseasons. Orlando might have some magical maneuvers left, perhaps shipping out Vince Carter and/or finding a way to get Chris Paul. Until then, given Miami's summer, Orlando reverts to dangerous sleeper status.

Boston Celtics

The C's showed the regular season means nothing to them, beating the Cavs and Magic despite starting on the road, and almost doing the same to the Lakers. So it matters little that Boston is projected to win "only" 51 games, as long as it can get KG, Perk and the other Men in Green healthy for April, May and June.

Chicago Bulls

The East's second tier welcomes a new member: Chicago. The Bulls swung and missed on LeBron, D-Wade and CB4, but they did get Carlos Boozer, a deeper bench and a new coach, Tom Thibodeau. That and the sharp ascent of Derrick Rose and Joakim Noah mean that Chicago's sellout crowds finally have something to see.

Atlanta Hawks

Amazingly, Atlanta has improved for five straight seasons, but our panel says the streak ends here. The Hawks are a solid team that seems stuck in no man's land, having failed to make the conference finals for 40 years -- since the Lakers swept them in the 1970 Western Division finals -- and that probably won't change in 2011.

Milwaukee Bucks

The East seems to have six sure playoff teams, and for the first time in years, Milwaukee is a member of that echelon. Our panel remains in a prove-it-to-me posture regarding whether the Bucks can crack the East's upper crust, but if Brandon Jennings progresses and Andrew Bogut's arm is OK, the pieces are in place.

Charlotte Bobcats

Have they peaked? Fresh off of its best season in franchise history, Charlotte's roster looks weaker, its division looks stronger, and Larry Brown -- naturally -- looks like he's itching to leave. Still, with two spots up for grabs, they'll likely earn back-to-back playoff appearances and, in this scenario, a first-round rematch with the Magic.

New York Knicks

Knicks in the playoffs! But NY fans had more than an eight-game improvement in mind when the team entered the offseason with the ability to sign two superstars. The Amare addition should help, and Mike D'Antoni finally gets some horses to run his system, but the future remains murky. Still, Spike Lee has something to cheer about.

Washington Wizards

Excited about John Wall? So is our panel, which forecasts the Wizards finishing five spots higher. That says a lot about the uncertainty at the bottom of the East, but it also reflects the renewed hope expected in Washington's locker room after the gun incident that cost the team Gilbert Arenas -- now the other half of the Wiz backcourt.

The Pacers essentially stood pat and might miss the playoffs for the fifth straight season. But there appears to be a light at the end of the tunnel -- Indy is armed with expiring contracts and on track to have cap space next summer. Meanwhile, the Pacers hope to build on last season's 10-4 finish and avoid the East cellar.

Even a new coach (Doug Collins) and the No. 2 pick (Evan Turner) didn't give Philly much of a boost in our forecast. While the Sixers have the raw materials to emerge as a surprise team in the East, our panel fears their roster of bad contracts, mismatched pieces and redundant talent will render them mediocre at best.

The Pistons haven't missed the playoffs in consecutive seasons since 1994 and 1995, back when Joe Dumars was still playing. To avoid back-to-back lottery visits, they'll need better health and perhaps some bold moves from Joe D in the coming months. Only re-signing Ben Wallace and Will Bynum? That just won't cut it in Detroit.

Get used to scrolling down this far to find the Cavs in the standings, sad to say. With a certain King taking his talents to South Beach, we're forecasting a 30-game drop in Cleveland. In other words, unless Christian Eyenga is the second coming of LeBron James, Dan Gilbert may want to back off his championship guarantee.

Speaking of owners with lofty goals … Mikhail Prokhorov expects the Nets to make the playoffs in 2010-11 despite finishing with the NBA's worst record last season. Our panel isn't as optimistic, not after New Jersey struck out in free agency. Still, a 15-game jump in the standings under new coach Avery Johnson would be a good start.

*Toronto Raptors

After the ugly departures of Chris Bosh and Hedo Turkoglu, the Raptors are basically starting over with a roster more random than designed. Given the significant dollars tied up in the likes of Jose Calderon, Andrea Bargnani, Leandro Barbosa and Amir Johnson, don't expect a lot of defense -- or a lot of wins anytime soon, either.
