Il se passe quoi sur l'avant dernière action du match, d'ailleurs? Il me semble que Rondo, dès le début du système, sur la remise en jeu, a un geste d'humeur, regarde vers le banc, comme pour demander un autre temps-mort, mais continue de jouer...
Est-ce que c'est parce que le système n'a pas été bien mis en place? J'avais capté sur le direct mais j'ai pas fait gaffe après coup...
Ca doit être possible de revoir ça avec le LP. |

Il va falloir que les écrans soient plus efficaces que lors du game contre NYK lorsqu'on lançait nos systèmes.
C'est vraiment ce qui a gêné la transition Rondo -> Allen.
Ray était sans arrêt en position, mais scotché en permanence par son défenseur, et Rondo en train de le chercher en vain.
Il faut que KG se concentre là-dessus.
Et ce serait pas mal également que Dooling montre un peu ce qu'il sait faire de loin. |

On ne part pas favoris, c'est certain, mais c'est surtout l'attitude qui va compter. 0-2 avec Captain en moins et la même motivation que les 3 derniers QT contre NYK, je signe tout de suite !

Pietrus needs time to strengthen knee / will wear #28

MIAMI -- Celtics coach Doc Rivers said Tuesday morning that newly acquired swingman Mickael Pietrus might need another 10 days to strengthen his right knee before making his debut in green.
Pietrus, who the team announced Tuesday would wear No. 28, had arthroscopic surgery this offseason and that contributed to him failing a physical after being traded to Toronto this offseason. Instead, he facilitated a buyout with the Phoenix Suns, paving the way for him to ink a veteran minimum deal with the Celtics on Saturday.
As the Celtics navigate the start of the season with captain Paul Pierce battling a bruised right heel, a healthy Pietrus would bring welcome depth on the wing (especially with Jeff Green out for the season due to a heart ailment). Instead, Rivers said Pietrus is unlikely to debut until into the new calendar year. Rivers also suggested it might be as much as a month before Pietrus is 100 percent again.

Chris Forsberg/ESPNBoston.comPaul Pierce was on the floor Tuesday morning at the Celtics' shootaround, but he's doubtful for the game against the Heat.
MIAMI -- Boston Celtics captain Paul Pierce worked out Monday and experienced limited soreness in his bruised right heel, but coach Doc Rivers does not believe Pierce will be ready to play Tuesday at Miami.
"He worked out (Monday), went pretty well," Rivers said. "He didn't get as sore, so that's a good sign. He's not going to play tonight -- I doubt it, at least."
Asked if Pierce were to sit out Tuesday's game whether he'd likely also miss Wednesday's season-opening road-trip finale at New Orleans as well, Rivers was noncommittal.
"We're just going to go day by day," the coach said. "I'm not sure."
Pierce was one of the first players on the court at Celtics shootaround Tuesday morning at American Airlines Arena and hoisted shots at both ends of the court (he even dunked a few times). But it's unclear if he's at the point where he can jump back into the fray after missing nearly all of training camp due to the injury.
Sasha Pavlovic is again expected to start in Pierce's place. |

The Key (As Always) Is Rajon Rondo

I won't get too much into the man-to-man matchups (we'll have a game preview post coming for that later) but the cliff notes version is this: O'Neal/Anthony is a bit of a wash. KG/Bosh can go either way depending on the night. Ray/Wade at this point in their careers is advantage Heat. And of course Pavlovic/LeBron is, ...well, embarrassing (and it doesn't get a whole lot better with Daniels in there).
So as usual, the burden falls on Rajon Rondo to be the difference. He needs to own his matchup and dominate like he did against the Knicks in game one. But it won't exactly be a cakewalk.

The other important addition is rookie point guard Norris Cole, who split duties with Mario Chalmers in the opener. That’s a major upgrade in terms of youth and athleticism from Mike Bibby, who had major problems with Rajon Rondo last season.
In addition, the Heat do a good job of helping on defense with their insane athletes which discourages Rondo's forays to the rim.
With that said, when Rondo is on his game he can pick apart any defense and find the smallest sliver of an opening to either get off a layup or squeeze in an assist. Ray can wear down Wade when he's running him through lots of picks and catching the ball right at the letters for an open look. If Bosh cheats to help in the paint, Kevin Garnett (and Brandon Bass) can make him pay by hitting that elbow jumper.
But it all gets set up by Rondo and he has to be the quarterback. Driving the lane is like a QB selling the play action. He has to feint a pass one way (like looking off the safety) then deliver the actual pass with pinpoint accuracy. He has to be in sync with Allen's "route running" so that he releases the ball even before Ray has come out of the pile of picks and screens. At his best Rondo is Tom Brady.
That may be appropriate as well, since the Celtics owned LeBron like the Pats owned Peyton Manning for years. But one year he proved he could get over the hump and win the title for himself. Last year the Heat nearly did the same. There's that doubt now. Can we beat the Heat?

Pierce suffered the injury during a workout a few days before the hasty opening to training camp. He directed reporters to Google "bone bruises in the heel" to learn the timetable range for a return.
"It can be anywhere between three days, a week, three months depending on the amount of pain in there," he said. "But I don’t see it being a month or two. Right now, I’m day to day. That’s the reason I came on the trip."
Bone bruise on the heel is often plantar fascitis. It’s also been called “runner’s heel”. It’s not actually a “bruise”—the fascia tissue tears away from the heel socket—that’s the pain that feels like someone is sticking a 3 in. needle into your heel. |

Knicks' Walker downplays Garnett incident

Bill Walker and Kevin Garnett have made peace.
Walker on Monday downplayed Sunday's altercation between the two, saying he and Garnett spoke before leaving the arena.
"We shook on it and everything," Walker said. "I have respect for KG. I know what type of player he is."
After Walker contested Garnett's potential tying jump shot at the end of the Knicks' 106-104 win over the Celtics, Garnett appeared to grab Walker's throat and shove him before the two were separated. An NBA spokesman told the Boston Herald that Garnett will not be fined or suspended.
"It was in the heat of the moment," Walker said of his former Celtics teammate. "We're grown men and emotions run high sometimes and things happen."
Even after seeing the incident replayed on television, he was unsure what provoked Garnett to go after him. "No reason," he said. "It's been playing on ESPN all day, so I'm pretty sure you guys have your own opinion of it. But to me, it's nothing. We won the game and it's on to Golden State." |

Disons que pour moi (et après un an d'expérience dans le domaine du pp ), j'ai optimisé mon système pour passer un minimum de temps en updates tout en étant ultra efficace. Seul point faible évidemment : si je ne suis pas dispo pour telle ou telle raison, pas de mise à jour. Mais je suis absolument certain qu'on pourrait trouver une solution avec Cos. Mais ça ça veut dire du temps à réfléchir sur le sujet, du temps de codage pour lui, et du temps de réa graphique pour moi. Donc à voir. Pour le moment je trouve que l'artisanat est sympa et ça rend chaque topic un peu unique. Mais pas de souci s'il y a une marche vers le progrès, j'en serai |
